About The Role
As our new Global Forecasting Principal, you will be a strategic partner, leading scenario planning and sensitivity analyses that help shape portfolio priorities, launch strategies, and long-term growth ambitions.

You’ll work at the heart of our Global Commercial Operations & Marketing Excellence organisation, engaging with colleagues across our Early Asset Strategy Team, Access & Pricing Teams, Medical Affairs, and Global Product Teams for both pipeline products as well as Business Development cases. Your insights will guide senior decision-makers and help ensure patients worldwide benefit from innovations as quickly and effectively as possible.

In a typical week you will:

• Lead scenario-based forecasting and sensitivity analysis to explore market opportunities and challenge core assumptions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to co-design strategies that balance opportunity, risk, and patient impact.
• Facilitate workshops that align diverse perspectives on portfolio strategy.
• Present clear, compelling recommendations to senior leadership, turning data into insight and insight into action.
• Mentor colleagues, sharing best practices in strategic thinking and analysis.
• Contribute to refining our methodologies, making our work even more effective and inclusive.

About You
You bring a blend of strategic thinking, analytical rigour, and collaborative energy. Your curiosity drives you to ask questions others may overlook, and you have a knack for connecting data with a bigger purpose.

• 8+ years’ experience in pharma, strategic analytics, or consulting, with a focus on forecasting, scenario planning, or market strategy.
• Skilled at distilling complex insights into engaging narratives that inspire action.
• An understanding of global pharmaceutical markets and competitive dynamics.
• Comfortable with changing priorities and complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Master’s degree in a relevant field

Work Arrangement & Travel

• Location: HQ in Ballerup, Denmark.
• International travel: occasional, up to 10%.
