Leading a team of 8 employees handling the support of the logistic system. The team daily helps colleagues with different logistic tasks, IT to complaints. The team is the natural centre for all queries towards the logistic system. The main goal of the team is to secure and constantly improve the quality of the logistic system.

The position also focus on development and quality assurance of current and new business processes and systems related to the logistical setup.

In my position as a Project and Quality Manager, my main focus is on securing and improving the quality of current, but also new, business processes relating to areas of the logistic business, with a dedicated focus on distribution. This position has a variaty of tasks, which requires a strong commitment to maintaining deadlines, delegating tasks and being capabel of working cross-functional through the organisation. Also having a constant focus on optimizing and developing the business, IT possiblity, finacial saving etc, regarding distribution and by this logistical part of the business is in focus.
