As a HR- and communication employee, Anne-Sophie Anker Hansen satisfactorily completed the following work tasks:

HR tasks of recruitment processes which involve generating job adverts, selecting the right qualified candidates, leading the job interviews and evaluate which candidate who should be employed or have a rejection. In addition she has created the employment contracts. Regarding the recruitment processes she has drawn up letter of recommendations to the employees and participated in job study fairs. In an international context, she has taken care of English job applications that The Social Legal Aid has received, thus she has been the English communicational operator in answering those applications best possible way.
In addition she has held staff development interviews and supervision meetings with the employees and drawn up a job satisfactory survey. External information’s of international social media, The Social Legal Aids homepage and newsletters has been produced. Likewise, she has participated in leadership workshops.
Internal information’s such as internal newsletters, employment policies for the 100 employees.
Internal training/lesson plans and preparation of the weekly duty roster and scheduling of staff
meetings has been made. Likewise she has recorded the proceedings of the weekly branch meetings in the debt department, which she has been affiliated intensively with in the organisation.
In an international and intercultural context have Anne-Sophie translated the new Danish educational plan regarding our new streetmanager education into English. Translated and produced documents and emails on English for the international cooperation. She has throughout the internship been an active participant in terms of gathering employees across departments and diversity within an intercollegial communicational setting.

Anne-Sophie has been part of The Social Legal Aids party planning committee, where she throughout the semester has arranged the social events and the annual Christmas party for 50 people, she has thus, maintained the great environment of the intercultural setting of a volunteer student culture within the organisation.

Anne-Sophie has been a highly-valued colleague, and she has performed all her work tasks very satisfactorily. Anne-Sophie has a natural approach to the HR-field, and especially during job interviews she has showed her great and professional personal skills. Anne-Sophie has single handed initiated an international cooperation with the Irish organisation FLAC (Free Legal Advice Centres Ltd.), in regards to investigate relational leadership and the motivation of volunteer employees. Anne-Sophie has a professional approach to her work tasks, and she has really showed these with the impressing cooperation with FLAC in Ireland and with her work in Den Sociale Retshjælp.
Anne-Sophie is very social and has taken a large responsibility for a good communication between the departments, as well as taken an initiative to many events with the volunteers and interns at Den Sociale Retshjælp. During her internship period, Anne-Sophie has created a fantastic working environment for all of the organisation’s employees across departments, which have made her a well-liked colleague.
