- Creation and structuring of the Marketing function including the delivery of Product Portfolio evolution & new Communication strategy, Budget & Forecasting
- Contribution to various strategic initiatives, including the development of a new brand positioning and product range, and designing of new commercial and pricing conditions

- Heading the European Sales Team and responsible for defining the Commercial Strategy & Budget follow-up – 23 countries (Europe) – c. 65 Wholesalers – 8 Sales Managers
- Greenfield set up of Central European (CE) Distribution network (9 CE markets including German Distribution network) (location: Prague – Czech Republic)
