• Managed major change project by migrating mail and calendar from Notes On-Premise to Outlook in O365, combined with an upgrade of the entire MS Office suite from 2007 to 2013 (20.000 users).
• Managed the successful upgrade of Danske Bank’s Homepage SharePoint platform, saving Dept. of Technology £50k/month.
• Reduced technological debt, maintenance and operational overhead (£25k/month) by managing upgrade of Danske Bank Team Sites platform from MOSS2003 to SPS2010.
• Managed the implementation of the technical restructuring of Danske Bank Homepages as part of Danske Bank’s worldwide rebranding.
• Project Manager on large scale upgrade project. All PC’s in the bank were upgraded from Win7 to Win8.
