? Formulating a series of checklists and reference documents for use in GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) implementation and certification.
? Business and Product Developer at Copenhagen Charter that focuses on Bribery, Fraud and Corruption prevention.
? Speaker at DI (Danish Industries Association) conferences on Governance, Risk and Compliance in relation to CSR.
? Author and project manager of the Copenhagen Charter against Bribery, Fraud and Corruption. Including a auditors framework for self or third-party assessment.
? Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) organizational analysis.
o Creating a model for analysing and reporting on organizational risk through the use of compliance and governance models.
? GRC in the media.
o Working with IT press media to get exposure to the GRC area.
? Development of quality systems within education.

Primarily responsible for all DHL’s export from Nordics and Baltic to the rest of the world as well as quality assurance. Manager for 5 Sub-departmental supervisors and two program specialists. Management of departmental budget of 4 M Euro and approximately 100 staff.

Project and major milestones:

? Logistics planning and organising within the Nordic/Baltic region.
? Implementation of ISO9000, ISO14000 on site in Copenhagen.
? Internal Quality Assurance consultant for major project implementation such as ISO9000, ISO14000 etc. in Europe and Scandinavia.
? Project leader on Internal Quality system programs:
? Transport Management program (TMP): Program to insure optimization of processes and productivity for HUBs and Gateways within DHL Aviation.
? Transport Harmonisation Program (THP): Quality system to insure same level of high quality within operations in the Nordic/Baltic region.
? Head of operational training in Copenhagen and coordinator of between project groups and training implementation.
? Initiatives to explore opportunities and synergies after merger of DHL with several other big transport companies.
? Group leader of the Middle Management steering group with the responsibility for review and maintenance of strategic objectives.
? Head of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Group.
