Søren Asp Mikkelsen is an experienced leader, Danish diplomat, international project manager, and business developer. He has worked and lived in Iran, South Africa, Zimbabwe and in his native country Denmark. He has travelled to many countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and North America on business trips and representing the Danish Government.

He is currently heading Favrskov Erhvervsråd - a private, membership based business advisory service provider with 300 members. In that capacity his duties are to lead the organisation, deliver on the strategy approved by the board and the contract agreed with Favrskov Municipality.
