My PhD project focuses on social, environmental and political aspects of energy development (especially oil and gas) in Northern Canada with the development of a natural gas pipeline as main study case.
Tasks and achievements:

Research and Analysis: assessing social and environmental impact of planned natural gas pipeline, interviews of affected actors, analysis of corporate and governmental energy communication strategies

-Communication: presentation at international conferences and workshops (ex. High North Dialogue 2016); +600 hours of teaching
- Organization: planning of 3 year-PhD project, organization of events (PhD workshop “Geographies of Power”) and visits of academic guests

I have mainly worked within the Horizon 2020 project AMBITION – Advanced biofuel production
with energy system integration.
Tasks:
-Research and Analysis: social and environmental impact of bioenergy and wood-based biomass production in Norway; policy analysis (ex. SKOV21) and focus on stakeholders relations.

Tasks and achievements:

Project assistant during the launch of first Circular Economy (CE) initiative in Copenhagen.

- Communication: writing articles about relevant issues (circular economy); handling correspondence with partners and organizations.
