The company is an investment management company licensed by the Danish FSA that manages Investeringsforeningen C WorldWide (CWW). CWW is a publicly traded Danish investment association with approx. 7 billion DKK in assets under management from primarily private investors. CWW has no employees, only a Board of Directors. All daily tasks are delegated to C WorldWide Fund Management A/S (CWW FM). As a result, the Managing Director of CWW FM is also the Managing Director of CWW. CWW FM is going through a merger process which is expected to be completed by 1 June 2019. When the merger is complete CWW FM will cease to exist. I have agreed to take on the role as Managing Director for a period of 10 months until the merger is completed.

The company is a focused asset manager offering discretionary portfolio management and investment advice to institutional investors, companies, funds etc. The clients are primarily from Scandinavia, UK, Canada and Australia. In addition, the company is investment advisor for CWW. All of the company's legal matters are handled by the Legal department, which consists of three employees. The work ranges widely from large client contracts and implementation of new legislation to projects across departments. In addition, based on my interest in IT, I typically handled tasks that had an interface to IT.

The position provided a broad experience with banking and securities trading. Employee representative in the works committee from August 2012.

The Legal Division was a supporting division for the management. It provided a link between the management and the individual divisions of the FSA and operated as internal legal advisor for the management.
