• Resource and task planning for 6 resources (specialists and assistants), coaching and development of the team
• Daily communication to management and the organization (sale, logistic, production, RA, and laboratories)
• Optimize work processes in the team; implementing of KPI boards, work rotation, ensure training, and definition of responsibilities
• Support to projects; evaluation of release flow and release time, implementation of Trackwise and ICE-LEAN
• Release of API, handling of deviations, changes and customer complaints
• Responsible for release at customer and authorities inspections (ex FDA)
