• Demonstrate and promote the company´s vision of introducing the concept of quality natural food processing applications in the Nordic area.
• Identify potential customers, expand customer base and tap new sales opportunities through various routes to market, indoor and outdoor meetings as well as cold calls and visits.
• Responsible for reaching the sales targets and increasing market share of 14 processed spices and food ingredients across the Nordic area to meet the set objectives.
• Assist in developing annual sales forecast, budget requirements and sales strategies required to achieve the goals and targets set by the company.
• Establish consistent processes and standards to ensure ongoing performance within ACG, from packaging design to closing deals and following up on the export cycle.
• Initiate quotations, proposals and contracts with customers in accordance with the ACG´s guidelines and sales plan.
• Allocating areas to the assigned sales representatives while assuring strong understanding of the food processing and manufacturing, in spices industry.
• Compile and analyze sales figures against the plan to determine performance effectiveness.
Work closely with logistics and support staff within ACG in Egypt to ensure the products are manufactured on time and with specifications to meet customer demand.
