BIG4 was a EU funded Innovative Training Network, which aim was to provide students with a variety of methods and skills applicable in academic research and industry from the start of their career. My duties were:

Administrative support for Marie Sklodowska-Curie ITN BIG4: Biosystematics Informatics and Genomics of the four big insect orders, University of Copenhagen
Undertaking and follow-up of the project meetings, workshops and advanced training courses
Prepare and distribute relevant information and documentation to the EU, project beneficiaries, partner organizations and project fellows
Maintenance of project electronic resources, including website and other e-resources, document archives
Oversee dissemination activities
Purchasing and bookkeeping
Budget accounting functions, including credit card billings, prepare and monitor invoices
Booking travel arrangement

I was employed as a data mobilization employee at the Danish Biodiversity Information Facility (DanBIF). My duties were:

Image URLs mapping and image files renaming
Database field mapping of datasets based on the Darwin Core Archive (DwC-A)
Metadata registration of using the GBIF Integrated Publishing Toolkit (IPT)
