Café Fika

As SoMe Responsible at Café Fika my main responsibilities are to control Fikas social media platforms which involves the following key points:

  • Digital marketing
  • SoMe marketing - administrating and planning online competitions on their social media platforms
  • Written English and Danish communication
  • Product marketing
  • Target audience identification
  • Product and interior photography
  • Sponsored posts – this includes budget management
  • Customer support, providing information and answers to general questions.
  • Conflict management
  • Influencer marketing (25.000-35.000 followers)
  • Identifying and recruiting potential influencer partners and negotiating agreements
  • Strategic considerations regarding collaborations and exposure
    • - Collaborations with smaller Aarhus based online magazines such as ‘Smag Aarhus’ to create Aarhus guides involving the café.
