Full operational accountability for Danish production sites, warehouse, and technical services (~250 employees). Led the site management team and participated in Executive S&OP with responsibility for budgeting and CAPEX. Delivered major efficiency gains, doubling production output over four years while maintaining high product quality and strong employee engagement. Led cross-functional operations in Denmark and Poland (~200 employees). Delivered a 25% capacity increase and 20% unit-cost reduction through Lean, automation, and robotics. Built digital decision-making models and scaled the organization to support rapid growth.

Originally hired to implement FMC and relocate Danish production site to a larger facility. Successfully executed the transition with zero disruption to daily operations, after which I was given responsibility for the full end-to-end operation, including the Polish site. Hired to stabilize quality in Scandinavian and Baltic clay-brick production. Designed and implemented a new quality system from the ground up, enabling consistent delivery of the required color and surface quality. Responded to architect demands for controlled aesthetic variation, enabling introduction of a new product line. The resulting demand drove major CAPEX investments to upgrade production facilities and a broader restructuring of the raw-material value chain, including new long-term contracts securing high-quality clay supply.
