Full operational accountability for Danish production sites, warehouse, and technical services (~250 employees). Led the site management team and participated in Executive S&OP with responsibility for budgeting and CAPEX. Delivered major efficiency gains, doubling production output over four years while maintaining high product quality and strong employee engagement. Expanded sustainable and clean-label production, and positioning the site for ISO 50001 certification. Increased blue-collar engagement scores and earned national recognition for workplace culture (3F “Workplace of the Year 2023”).

Brought in to increase employee satisfaction and double output. Developed a four-year transformation plan and reorganized the operating model with fewer direct reports, professionalized factory management and more empowered team leaders. Simplified and operationalized the company strategy into three clear principles:
1. Running a tight ship – full compliance and clear roles and responsibilities
2. Visual management – leadership presence and strong information flow
3. Plan adherence – reliable execution and supply performance (OTIF > 95% at all times)

Led cross-functional operations in Denmark and Poland (~200 employees). Delivered a 25% capacity increase and 20% unit-cost reduction through Lean, automation, and robotics. Built digital decision-making models and scaled the organization to support rapid growth.

Originally hired to implement FMC and relocate Danish production site to a larger facility. Successfully executed the transition with zero disruption to daily operations, after which I was given responsibility for the full end-to-end operation, including the Polish site. Integrated management across both locations and recruited a new CEO for Poland; together we initiated the required strategic investments and doubled total output.

Responsible for six factories across Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Estonia (~250 employees). Implemented a new QMS, reduced waste, delivered strong HSE improvements, and increased engagement and retention. Held full responsibility for union relations and key local stakeholders.

Hired to stabilize quality in Scandinavian and Baltic clay-brick production. Designed and implemented a new quality system from the ground up, enabling consistent delivery of the required color and surface quality. Responded to architect demands for controlled aesthetic variation, enabling introduction of a new product line. The resulting demand drove major CAPEX investments to upgrade production facilities and a broader restructuring of the raw-material value chain, including new long-term contracts securing high-quality clay supply.

Progressed through multiple director roles of increasing scale and complexity, ultimately leading production of human growth hormone across two sites (~120 employees) and securing three consecutive zero-observation FDA approvals.

As Director of API Support, delivered significant operational and financial impact through Lean/Six Sigma deployment and strategic CAPEX portfolio management. Achieved 150M DKK in raw-material cost reductions, maintained high GMP compliance, and secured FDA pre-approvals for new manufacturing facilities for key blockbuster products (degludec, semaglutide, rFVIII).
