Support to the sales and commercial team, collaborating on negotiations, tender processes, and contracts
Achievements: Development of new business strategies, leading the company to become the Official
Handler of the most important fair in South America (year 2016), obtaining
10% revenue increase, and new customers.

Swissport is the world’s leading provider of airport ground services and air cargo
handling, being active at more than 300 airports in 50 countries on six continents.

Responsible for the Operational Centre Brazil, assuring compilation in all processes to
attend the operational demand over 17 airports in Brazil; Direct report: Business Development Manager Brazil and EVP Switzerland; Direct subordinates: Operational Centre Team and airports agents in Brazil (25 employees);
Operations coordination, Market relations, Commercial activities.
