In my role as Communications Manager I was responsible for driving PR activities and media relations in the Nordics and Benelux by the below tasks:

+ Handle issues management by speaking directly to journalists.
+ Be responsible for the earned media plan in the Nordics and Benelux by managing local PR agencies.
+ Identify relevant PR stories, writing pitches, press releases and talk-tracks.
+ Act as a PR business partner for our Compliance, Sales and Marketing Teams.
+ Function as an advisor on media relations for the executive team.
+ Prepare spokespersons to meet the press. Occasionally, acting as a spokesperson in relevant media outlets.
+ Develop and execute vertical campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales Team.
+ Lead on online reputation management and selected product launch activities.

In my role as PR Coordinator I was responsible for PR and Social media. My role was to optimize communication strategies and improve the PR processes in all four Nordic countries by the below tasks:

+ Writing, editing and proofreading press releases, newsletters and other content
+ Event coordination and execution
+ Project management
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with network of internal and external stakeholders
+ Implement Sony’s strategies to secure the Sony brand positioning in the Nordics
+ Monitoring and reporting of communication/PR performance level
+ Secure internal communication by updating sales and marketing teams regarding monthly PR matters in order to optimize and plan their sell-in in line with current press coverage

In my role as Project and PR Assistant /PA I worked with a broad range of PR projects including everything from cultural-events and theatre plays to more general PR work for organizations and companies within the entertainment industry by the below tasks:

+ Research assignments, outreach and pitch to media
