Owned the Paragone platform end-to-end: a B2B, self-serve advertising solution supporting major social media channels. Oversaw all aspects of the product, including campaign activation, reporting, data engineering, automation, and AI-driven optimization.

Led key platform initiatives such as implementing an SSO solution via Auth0 and building a custom roles and permissions module from scratch to support multi-user collaboration and access control. Drove API related improvements that improved campaign creation speed (from 1 minute to 15 seconds), increased adoption of core features (from 5% to 30%), and reduced report loading times by 90%.
Secured a $1M annual renewal with Havas, and led strategic partnerships with clients such as Michelin, Disneyland Paris, Sony Music, and Universal Music. As Head of Paragone, I managed a cross-functional team of two PMs, one designer, one CS manager, and six developers, while continuing to operate as a hands-on product lead driving delivery across the platform.

Led beta-site implementations in Taiwan and China, working directly with customers to test early prototypes, validate features, and provide feedback to R&D. Acted as a bridge between engineering teams and field operations, helping refine functionality and usability across optical, mechanical, and software components.
