Som founder og direktør af flere spin-offs har jeg desuden stor erfaring i udvikling under minimalistiske forhold og at lede eksplorative projekter frem mod succes.

    I manage all aspects of the frugal start-up, which I founded and launched as a spin-off from Inmold. I raised funding in two rounds. I led and participated in development and launch of the first physical product. I developed and optimized a production chain, with digital and mechanical design, through chemical processing, coating and nano-structuring, with suitable quality control and process stability checks. I built a website and marketing campaign, attracting 50+ potential costumers. The product was sold as trial projects to 5 companies in 3 countries, based on my sales work. 10+ leads are still actively engaged.
