Basically my job consists of two main topics in relation to professional vacuum cleaners:

Supporting sales companies in product and quality issues including which accessories fits which machines to making sure machine and parts quality problems are dealt with in a proper manor.

- Being voice of the customer in product development projects. This includes gathering input for a solid requirement specification via frequent dialogues with the main sales company colleagues, making sure the project sticks to the specification, providing technical and commercial input for development of marketing material, training relevant sales colleagues on the new product, etc.
