? Management of daily linguistics projects (quoting, dialogue, quality assurance and delivery).
? Marketing campaigns coordination.
? Quality assurance on the new website launch and rebranding.
? Localization (Content and services adapted for the Region).

Main project: Roskilde Fjord Bridge. I liaised with the project director, project manager and client on the design phase.
? Management of monthly project progress reporting, commercial management (project plan, schedule management, tender management, invoicing, contract development), financial management (budget follow up, resources forecast).

? Project quality assurance (Audit and training).
? Coordination of the teams in various different offices throughout Europe.
? Supervision of document tracking and document control.
? Assistance on the development of bids for future projects.
