Varying tasks in a fast-paced startup company. In charge of managing the production and the flow of goods and materials. Additionally, part of the team in charge of the product development process and gathering of technical data.

Other tasks include;

Creating and implementing a Quality Management System (QMS) in cooperation with the Compliance Officer and External Consultants

Writing Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and drafting Technical Agreements in close collaboration with Contract Manufacturing Organisation's (CMO's)

Writing Design Requirements and Specifications,

Implementation of design changes and Verification & Validation

• Production site visits (Lithuania) and contact with Customers/Suppliers/CMO's from multiple countries.

The position was a half year Internship in parallel with University. Employed as the Supply Chain Manager, managing the goods- and material flow of the company. Additionally, part of a team consisting of two interns focusing on product development, design and optimization of the product.

Other tasks includes;

Optimizing the product for production,

CAD Drawings and Technical Drawings,

Managing a bidding process for moulds. Locating and contacting different mould manufacturers

Contact with customer/suppliers from multiple countries, e.g. China, Lithuania, Poland, Sweden.
