I built the comprehensive Supplier Performance model to set and align clear expectations and to create transparency, both cross-functionally internally and externally. The scalable model based on the supplier segmentation measures both quantitative and qualitative KPIs, and defined governance enhances the collaboration.

I systematically secured the supplier development by:
• Establishing KPIs and following-up according to SOPs and SLAs
• Performing Business Review meetings in a collaborative manner
• Creating Development plans based on the qualitative and quantitative results
• Aiming for win-win solutions based on mutual constructive feedback

With a great emphasis on our customer needs I have created transparency on strategic suppliers' performance by leading the implementation of enhanced performance monitoring with structured KPI tool in the Fixtures and Furniture category. By maturing the forecasting process I have added flexibility to suppliers' capacity and increased the customers satisfaction.
By close collaboration with design team, regions and suppliers I implemented the global new furniture introduction for a smooth launch.
My active participation in the global projects ensured internal alignment on the overlapping topics.

I greatly enjoyed supporting our customers – EMEA markets. I implemented new roles set up in Fine Distribution Operations after decentralization. It has been a fantastic journey working closely with our strategic transport suppliers and EDC logistic provider. I was actively involved in the comprehensive cross-functional development of the Supplier Relationship Management to secure global alignment. With successful implementation of the SRM we elevated the relationship with our providers to a true partnership level and enriched the collaboration of local providers with the markets.

I ensured strengthening of the SRM by:
• Aligning on the expectations by setting the performance and collaboration KPIs
• Following on the KPIs and identifying potential improvement actions
• Driving systematic operational Action logs and Development plans
• Leading the Business Review Meetings, including the strategic markets
• Proactively seeking & performing Continuous Improvements together with the providers
• Managed and updated SOPs
• Resolved escalated carrier claims
• Assuring global alignment

I especially appreciated the challenging but extremely satisfying task of leading the preparation for the fine distribution operations set up in a newly established LEGO entity in Turkey, involving among others transport and logistic providers, IT interfaces, customs, customer logistics, sales and marketing.
