Project management and site supervision duties on different road and pavement projects, client advisor.

As client’s site manager, I have the responsibility to supervise signalling installations alongside the rails, communication with the supplier, safety on site, follow up on documentation etc.

Construction and worksite manager. As a worksite manager and client representative in two stations’ construction in one of the most expensive projects in Europe called “The City Ring”, I am responsible for all constructional activities and documentation on-site. In addition, I take care of OHS implementation on site, environmental issues, communication with the contractor and external organizations etc.

This project includes 15.5 km underground tunnel and more than 17 station shafts, which I am responsible for two of them. With 6 TBM machines running simultaneously, the project is considered the biggest project in Denmark.

Construction and site manager. As the highest resident in-charge, I was responsible of controlling and sequencing all construction activities on-site. The project included construction of 8 tunnels (largest length 0.55 km and total length of 2.5km), 2 high-elevated (reinforced concrete) bridges with the length of minimum 68 meters each and 8km of grade 1 motorway with all relative activities. Furthermore, preparing and managing contracts with the subcontractors.

This project was very challenging due to the project size and many subcontractors. Providing three teams of excavation & tunnel lining with related resources, we needed to pay special attention to an updated, accurate and detailed planning. Dispersion of the working site in a mountainous region needed constant supervision of the plans. Location and duration of the large number of construction machinery had to planned carefully due to sequence of activities and the problem of difficulty in moving them from one working zone to another.
