VeganDóttir is a vegan food trailer concept located in Aalborg. In our dishes, we focus on using local produce that is grown organic and/or without the use of pesticides. Most of our dishes are made in-house from scratch to avoid the loss of nutritional value in our menu items to the highest extent. This also helps us avoid unnecessary use of excessive packaging in our fight against environmental consequences where over-production and -packaging needs to be kept in check!
