We are looking for an experienced people- and project manager as Team Lead for one of our Technical Platform teams.

Job description:
Do you want to lead a highly skilled team of software developers to deliver innovative technical platform solutions for Enterprise, ProAudio and Healthcare products?
You will be responsible for a team where team size is approximately 10 developers. As the Team Lead you will be responsible for setting the teams development roadmap in collaboration with architects. You will lead the team to reliably deliver releases according to the roadmap. Your responsibility will be delivering efficiently with the right quality. You will also be responsible for people management of the team and development of the team. You will refer and report to the Platform Director.
Your tasks include:

• Team leadership and management and team development – leading the team to success
• Roadmap planning and monitoring and control of roadmap development and status reporting
• Coordination with other Technical and Product platform teams
• Identifying ways to improve how we work

Qualifications:
You are passionate about leading a team to success and you are highly goal driven. You have an emphatic and good-humoured nature and take interest in the people you work with. You have a background in embedded software and understand the domain of low-level embedded programming, micro controllers and integration with hardware.

• Good leadership skills and relevant management experience
• Solid embedded SW development experience and good understanding of software development pipelines
• Excellent English written and oral communications skills
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or related educational background
