Are you ready to drive partnerships and make an impact in a fast-growing SaaS company? We’re looking for a Partnerships & Alliances Manager to develop and scale strategic partnerships that drive growth for Formalize. As a Partnerships & Alliances Manager in our B2B SaaS organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships to drive mutual success. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities aimed at building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, ensuring their success, and contributing to the overall growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with a large portfolio of key partners.
  • Act as the primary contact for partners, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with our strategic objectives and increase the reach of our solutions.
  • Work independent on delivering education support and enablement for the partner in order to make them succeed.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits.

Qualifications and expectations towards you:

  • Minimum 5 years in Partner Management, Channel Sales, or Business Development.
  • Proven ability to onboard, enable, and drive long-term value in partnerships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, relationship-building, and project management skills
  • Experience in IT services, compliance, cybersecurity, risk management, or legal tech
  • Proven ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Native fluency in Spanish and professional fluency in English
  • Ability to work onsite in Madrid (40 hours per week).
  • You are a team player and a quick learner, and you love to see results

It’s seen as an advantage, if:

  • You have experience in B2B SaaS, compliance, cybersecurity, or legal tech partnerships.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
