Important job information: We are ideally looking for someone who's able to work remote from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. However, we could be open for placing the hire in of our four offices; Copenhagen, Aarhus, Madrid or Milano.

As our new Senior Compliance Specialist for our product Enablement Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a compliance content library that sets the standard for the industry and be the person who will be helping our different teams in empowering them with the newest and most accurate compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities
You will be joining our team of +140 people in rapid growth. We are on a venture journey and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our product’s ability meets the regulatory requirements in the Netherlands and Belgium.

• Own and maintain the Dutch and Belgian compliance content library, ensuring accuracy and quality to allow our customers to rely on us
• Adapt global resources to meet regulations, including GDPR, NIS2, AI Act and other related Dutch and Belgian Compliance frameworks such as Wbni, BIO, DORA and SOC2.
• Ensure the library reflects the latest compliance requirements for the Dutch and Belgian market and relevant frameworks, up-to-date risks considering the current environment and related policies
• Keep internal teams informed of updates, helping them stay prepared and compliant and gather feedback to identify areas of improvement
• Help our Sales and Customer Success team during sales calls and onboarding of customers with your compliance expertise
• Be a trusted advisor for our Product and Product Marketing team

Qualifications and about you

• You ideally have knowledge or experience with working with the above-mentioned GDPR, NIS2, DORA etc. and other both Dutch and European regulatory frameworks related to compliance
• You’re excited to take full responsibility for our compliance content library
• Native in Dutch and professional fluency in the other as well as English
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Able to work in a full-time position in our Madrid office or remote
• You thrive on completing tasks, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work
